Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or RESCHEDULES. Notice less than 24 hours and THE DAY BEFORE will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancelling or rescheduling DAY OF will result in FULL CHARGE of the appointment scheduled. No shows after 15 minutes will result in the FULL charge of the scheduled service. Their is NO EXCEPTIONS for absolutely any circumstances. We cannot fill the appointment time last minute therefore we ask that you cancel or reschedule when you get your confirmation text 24 hours in advance. WE ALSO HAVE A 15 MINUTE LATE POLICY. After 15 minutes has passed, the appointment is considered a NO SHOW. If the card on file declines, you will be sent an invoice that must be paid before you can make your next appointment.
